Excellent breakfast, friendly staff. Good base for getting into Edinburgh with bus stop just outside the b and b. Easy parking.
Mould on walls behind the bed in Room 1 which we stayed in and stains on blanket bedding

Although we arrived rather late (after 9pm) the staff was very welcoming. The room was spotless, comfortable although rather small. On the bed there were clean towels with sweets waiting for us. :) Very cute. Breakfast was also delicious.

I had a awesome cozy room 🏡 and the staff were super friendly. the breakfast had a good variety of tasty dishes 🍳. the location was fantastic - so close to the city center but still peaceful and nice, and the bed was really comfy.

The room was nicely furnished and well stocked with a very clean bed. the full English breakfast was a bonus. the central location was a plus, in a pretty area really close to the bus stop for Edinburgh town centre, taxi, and the old town. It was a pleasant stay, the best I had before.
